ShopTiming offers two timeslot options that are suitable for companies operating in any industry. Each option requires a maximum capacity of visitors attending the event. If the maximum capacity has been reached, it will not be possible to make a reservation.
Due to the current situation there are limited spots available in retail, hospitality and cultural sector. This results in queue formation. Queues can be managed easily, by using the virtual queuing system. Visitors have access to real-time information about the amount of people waiting in line, how the queue is evolving and the first in line automatically receives an automated email or text message update. This enables customers to wait from a safe distance, away from crowds. As a result, visitors are less likely to look for alternative options.
After making a reservation, visitors immediately receive a confirmation email with a unique reservation code. In addition, prior to their visit they receive a reminder, reducing the now-show rate. ShopTiming also offers an automated text message system, allowing businesses to send personalized messages to their customers.
An Iframe is an HTML element that allows an external webpage to be embedded in an HTML document. Iframes can be inserted anywhere within a webpage layout. We deliver Iframes from our reservation- and virtual queuing system which can be placed immediately on a website.
